To open the online store, click on the Online Store button on the site.

The key features available on store's home page include the Store, My Account, Cart, Products, Draft, Help, Search, Sign out.

1. Home Page

   The store page serves as the Home Page and the storehouse for all available features.

   

2. My Account

   The "My Account" page enables users to retrieve their order history, view and update personal information, and manage billing and shipping address(es).

3. Cart

   The Cart page displays saved items on a user's shopping cart. This allows users to delete or check-out in order to place an order.

4. Products

   There is a list of products available on the left side of the store's home page. These products have been grouped into various product categories such as Envelopes, Letterheads, NCRs, Stickers, Business Cards, etc.

5. Drafts

   The Draft page retrieves the last three incomplete orders of a user. The system is set to automatically save these incomplete orders by every user. Users are therefore able to complete orders for items that fall within the last three incomplete.

6. Help

   The Help button directs users to fill a help and feedback form, which is automatically set to be sent to the customer service desk. A customer services person receives this request and responds to the need as soon as possible.

7. Search

   The Search button allows users to do a quick search of items in the store without browsing through the product catalogue.

8. Sign out

   The Sign out button allows users to exit the store.
