Accessing the Support Desk
To connect with a customer support person, click on the "help" icon available on the "online store" button.
To complete a help and feedback form:
- Enter your details in the fields provided.
- Choose your help topic from the dropdown list that has been provided.
- If you wish to provide more supporting details (such as form number, owner, department, etc.) please enter them in the field provide below "Issue Details".
- Click on the "submit" button to submit your request.
N.B. All fields marked with a * are mandory to be filled before submission.
