Service Notice: Fulfillment Interruption
To our customers: You will experience a partial service interruption while we upgrade our warehouse and fulfilment centre this weekend. Starting on Thursday, April 13, you can continue to place orders, however, they will not be processed until the following Tuesday, April 18.

About Hemlock
Hemlock Printers is a BC-based printing company responsible for providing Managed Print Services to the staff of BC Hydro. The products Hemlock prints and distributes for BC Hydro on an ongoing basis include:

Hemlock is a family owned business with a proud 47-year history and is one of the most recognized print leaders in North America. Operating carbon neutral from a 79,000 square foot facility in Burnaby, BC, Hemlock has a broad range of print capabilities, including seven Heidelberg sheet-fed litho presses (conventional and UV), two HP Indigo digital presses, as well as a Konica Minolta black-only printer with inline finishing capabilities. Hemlock also offers full in-house pre-press and bindery services, custom online web development, as well as warehouse and distribution services from our dedicated Fulfillment Centre. In addition, Hemlock operates a Display Graphics Division which provides Wide Format print services from a dedicated facility.

Privacy Statement
Hemlock Printers Ltd (Hemlock) maintains the principles of integrity and trust with respect to the privacy of personal information. To ensure this commitment, the Company agrees to comply in all material respects with all applicable privacy laws and in particular, the Personal Information Protection Act of British Columbia.
In order to offer services to our clients, Hemlock needs to collect, use and store certain information. The personal information, namely User ID and password, collected on the Hemlock Printers site, is being collected for the purpose of enabling your access to order printing through the Hemlock website. This information is collected in furtherance of BC Hydro's mandate under the Hydro Power Authority Act. We do not sell or give our client lists to other companies for any other purpose.
By supplying us with this information, we will assume you are consenting to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information unless we hear from you otherwise.

Terms and Conditions of Sale:
CONDITIONS OF USE, PRICING AND BILLING
All orders received on the system will be billed on a monthly basis including all associated order processing costs, shipping costs and applicable taxes as set out in the contract agreement.
ERRORS AND OMISSIONS
Hemlock is not responsible for errors and omissions approved by the Client. The client is solely responsible for errors missed during the proofing process on this online procurement system.
COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARK
The customer is responsible for ensuring that all materials supplied to Hemlock for reproduction do not violate copyright or trade-mark restrictions. Hemlock assumes no liability whatsoever for the customer's use or misuse of copyrighted or trademarked materials.
INSURANCE
Hemlock will maintain fire, extended coverage, vandalism, malicious mischief and sprinkler leakage insurance on all property belonging to the customer, while such property is in Hemlock's possession. Hemlock's liability for lost or damaged customer's property is limited to the replacement value of the raw materials involved.
ORDERS
All orders accepted by Hemlock and their representatives cannot be cancelled except upon terms that will compensate Hemlock against loss.
OWNERSHIP OF MATERIALS
Shells for imprinting purposes stored at Hemlock are prepaid by the client and as such, are the property of the client.
TAXES
It is customary in the industry to charge for all amounts due for taxes and assessments and are the responsibility of the client. No tax exemption will be granted unless the customer's "Exemption Certificate" (or other official proof of exemption) accompanies the purchase order. If, after the client has paid the invoice, it is determined that more tax is due, then the client must promptly remit the required taxes to the taxing authority, or immediately reimburse the supplier for any additional taxes paid. Customers located in the United States are required to provide Hemlock with their IRS number.
TERMS
Standard payment terms are net 30 days from date of invoice, unless other arrangements are made. Claims for defects, damages, or shortages must be made by the client in writing no later than ten (10) calendar days after delivery. If no such claim is made, Hemlock and the client will understand that the job has been accepted. By accepting the job, the client acknowledges that Hemlock's performance has fully satisfied all terms, conditions and specifications.
